Brighter Smiles lead to a Healthier you!

When most of us think about being healthy, we think about eating right and exercising.  However, years ago I had a doctor remind me of the importance of flossing …yup, flossing, because bacteria can enter through the gums and into a person’s bloodstream.  Below is an article stating the importance of flossing…not only will it brighten your smile, it keeps you in tip-top shape!
