All of us lead very busy and sometimes hectic lives. It’s not always easy to “fit” that workout into our daily schedule, and you don’t have to have a gym membership to enjoy the benefits of exercise. Be creative and get your heart pumping….whether it’s desk aerobics with your co-workers in the afternoon, taking the stairs instead of the elevator or jumping rope with your kids…we can all manage to fit something like that in, and it’s fun.
