When I started here at Maxons a year ago, I took on the responsibility of sending out customer and client surveys. We wanted to follow up on surveys that were completed so we could show people we valued their feedback. We discussed internally, and now I plan to call both customers and clients should we receive any surveys that we’d like more information on, or that we feel could make us stronger as a company. I am really looking forward to this new process that we are adding to the surveys. I truly feel like this communication between our clients, customer and us will help us improve in our every day work habits.
