Maxons Restorations, Inc. is looking for the right candidate to join our Project Management team at our Headquarters in NYC! This region tends to handle larger and more complex projects, and we’d like someone with experience in the property mitigation industry to come on board!
Our Project Managers are the decision makers on the projects we handle for our customers and clients. They decide on what needs to be done to remedy a property damage as well as guide and lead the people affected through the process with clear, detailed communication.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of three years experience either in managing projects or in the property claims industry. Their communication needs to be above average as they will spend a lot of time on the phone, answering emails and leading site visits.
This person must have drive, determination and a passion to succeed. The work requires a strong sense of urgency and organizational skills for managing multiple projects at once. Must demonstrate a record of reliability and a strong desire to learn & grow and work as part of a cohesive team.
Some of the job duties are below:
- Managing property damage restoration projects.
- Guiding labor and procuring materials.
- Job progress updates, including phot and video documentation.
- Use Xactimate for estimating and billing.
- Follow up on collections.
